In case the registered delegate needs to be changed and nominate another person it has to be from the same organization.
The Organizers reserve the right to make changes in the program and the agenda. The Organizers will make all efforts to keep the presentations and speakers as represented. However due to unavoidable circumstances may result in the substitution or rescheduling or cancellation of presentation topics and/or speakers.
Registration/s will be confirmed only after successful payment and the amount is received in full.
If the Conference is abandoned, canceled or suspended in whole or in part by force majeure reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the Organizers will not have any liability to the delegate in respect to any losses, claims or expenses incurred by the delegate.
